Attend meeting/reconciliation with clients (remote).

Prepare and submit cost estimate or bids to appropriate persons (project managers, clients, bidding competitions etc.

Build relationships with key vendors (subcontractors,suppliers,engineers etc.

Commercial estimates 8 years compressed time for a 20 year period . Field experience electrician 42 years journeyman/foreman level.

Proficient in Onscreen takeoff and similar software.

Ability to read blueprints and drawings.

In depth knowledge of research and data analysis methods and estimation formulas.

Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

Thorough and reliable. 

Excellent organizational skills.

Knowledge in electrical industry standards.

Knowledge in electrical construction.

Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel. etc.

Knowledge in Fire Alarm systems.

Electrical training program. Served an electrician apprenticeship 4 Years.
